






Rare Souvenir Seminole Soffkee Spoon Florida Gorham Sterling Silver. Gorham sterling silver rare souvenir spoon, dedicated to the Seminole – a Native American people who developed in Florida. The front side of the handle has an embossed inscription “Miami Biscayne Bay Florida”, and the reverse side is inscribed “Seminole Soffkee Spoon” (soff-kee means soup). In bowl, there is an embossed depiction of a lighthouse among palm trees, inscribed “The Old Cape Florida Light”. The back side features profile of Osceola – influential leader of the Seminole people. Retailed by Greenleaf & Crosby Co. This fabulous spoon is 5 3/8 long and weighs 24 grams.
