Leadville Colorado 1895 Hydraulic Mining Souvenir Shovel Spoon. An excellent and rare souvenir spoon depicting hydraulic mining in Leadville Colorado in the shape of a shovel. On the back of the bowl “Leadville Colo 95″ in stamped into the metal. The bowl appears to have a light gold wash. I would like to guess this is a sterling silver spoon, but without a makers mark or a sterling mark this is just a guess. Dimensions: Length = 13.5 cm, Bowl = 3.7 cm by 3.2 cm, Stem/handle from bowl = 10 cm. Condition (9.5/10) Excellent Overall: Has some light spots of patina on the bowl and handle.
